This was nothing more than a standard “go out and do it” 5km
No overthinking it, or trying to get the perfect start back. THIS WAS THE PERFECT START FOR ME.
Picked a number and went for it.
Rehab with my back is going well. Everything felt good which is a relief so recoup and let’s get back in the gym and see where we want to take the runs 🏃
P.S. My return to play protocol for athletes i work with are not like this. This was just a mental thing for me. Athletes RTP is a-lot more structured😂
