Do hard things first thing in the day and the rest of the day will be easy.
When you eat the frog first:
Everything else feels easier
Your anxiety drops
You build momentum fast
You stop procrastinating because the worst part is already done
If you don’t do it first, it just hangs over you all day and drains your energy.
