Welcome to Rebalance — a space to reconnect with your body, energy, and alignment. Let’s begin with a simple awareness exercise: 1. Ground yourself: Sit or stand comfortably, feet on the floor. 2. Breathe: Take a slow, deep breath in… and out. Notice how your body responds. 3. Scan: Gently bring your attention through your body. Where do you feel tension, holding, or tightness? 4. Observe: No need to change anything — just notice. Feel energy moving as you soften and release with each exhale. Move at your own pace. Explore, notice, or simply be — your presence here is enough. If you’d like, share one word in the comments that describes how your body feels right now. No pressure — this is just for noticing.
