  3. Scan: Gently bring your attention through your body. Where do you feel tension, holding, or tightness?
  4. Observe: No need to change anything — just notice. Feel energy moving as you soften and release with each exhale.
Move at your own pace. Explore, notice, or simply be — your presence here is enough.
