Goal: Raise your vibration, connect with your higher self, and align your energy to shift into your desired reality. Day 1 โ Set the Intention ๐ช Focus: Clarity and purpose. - Write down why you want to shift and what your desired reality feels like. - Journal prompt: โIn my desired reality, I feel ___ because ___.โ - Optional: Script one page about a perfect day in your DR. ๐ซ Affirmation: โI am ready to align with the version of me who already lives my dream reality.โ Day 2 โ Visualize & Ground ๐ฟ Focus: Balancing imagination with presence. - Spend 10 minutes visualizing your DR in vivid detail โ sights, sounds, emotions. - Afterward, ground yourself by feeling your breath or touching something around you. - This teaches your body and mind that both worlds are safe. ๐ซ Affirmation: โI can see, feel, and believe in the reality I choose.โ Day 3 โ Release Resistance ๐ฅ Focus: Letting go of doubts and blocks. - Write down 3 beliefs or fears that make you doubt shifting. - Burn, tear, or delete them โ symbolically releasing their hold on you. - Replace each one with a powerful belief that aligns with your DR. ๐ซ Affirmation: โI release all resistance and align with trust and flow.โ Day 4 โ Affirm & Reprogram ๐ฏ๏ธ Focus: Rewriting your subconscious. - Create 3 custom affirmations that your DR self would believe (e.g. โI naturally shift with easeโ). - Repeat them 3x daily, especially before sleep. - Optional: Record yourself saying them to play quietly at night. ๐ซ Affirmation: โMy words create my world.โ Day 5 โ Embody Your DR Self ๐ธ Focus: Living as if. - Ask yourself: โHow would my DR self act today?โ - Dress, speak, or think like them. - Notice how your energy changes when you become that version of you. ๐ซ Affirmation: โI am already living my desired reality โ Iโm just remembering it.โ
