Day 1 – Set the Intention

  • Optional: Script one page about a perfect day in your DR.

Day 2 – Visualize & Ground
🌿 Focus: Balancing imagination with presence.
  • Spend 10 minutes visualizing your DR in vivid detail β€” sights, sounds, emotions.
  • Afterward, ground yourself by feeling your breath or touching something around you.
  • This teaches your body and mind that both worlds are safe.

Day 3 – Release Resistance

  • Write down 3 beliefs or fears that make you doubt shifting.

  • Replace each one with a powerful belief that aligns with your DR.

Day 4 – Affirm & Reprogram

  • Optional: Record yourself saying them to play quietly at night.

Day 5 – Embody Your DR Self
🌸 Focus: Living as if.
  • Ask yourself: β€œHow would my DR self act today?”
  • Dress, speak, or think like them.
  • Notice how your energy changes when you become that version of you.

Day 6 – Night Shifting Practice
πŸŒ™ Focus: Aligning before sleep.
  • Do a deep relaxation meditation or listen to soft music.
  • Visualize your DR as you drift off, feeling yourself already there.
  • If you use a shifting method (Raven, Alice in Wonderland, etc.), tonight’s the night.

Day 7 – Reflect & Integrate
🌞 Focus: Gratitude and awareness.
  • Journal about any synchronicities, energy shifts, dreams, or sensations this week.

  • End the challenge with a short meditation on gratitude for all realities that support your growth.
