Day 2 β Visualize & Ground

- Spend 10 minutes visualizing your DR in vivid detail β sights, sounds, emotions.
- Afterward, ground yourself by feeling your breath or touching something around you.
- This teaches your body and mind that both worlds are safe.

Day 3 β Release Resistance

- Write down 3 beliefs or fears that make you doubt shifting.

- Dress, speak, or think like them.
- Notice how your energy changes when you become that version of you.

Day 6 β Night Shifting Practice

- Do a deep relaxation meditation or listen to soft music.
- Visualize your DR as you drift off, feeling yourself already there.
- If you use a shifting method (Raven, Alice in Wonderland, etc.), tonightβs the night.

Day 7 β Reflect & Integrate
π Focus: Gratitude and awareness.
- Journal about any synchronicities, energy shifts, dreams, or sensations this week.
