Just got back from the Alex Hormozi one-day workshop and my #1 takeaway slapped: Do more of what’s already working. Not new tricks. Not new tools. More reps on your winners.
Here’s the REI game I’m running (join me):
1) Pick your lane (today). One strategy, one offer, one lead source. No buffet plate.
2) Set the rules.What “doing it” actually means (e.g., 20 seller touches/day, 2 offers/day, 1 listing optimized/week).
3) Track it like rent’s due.Simple scorecard → wins, wobbles, next move. Data > drama.
4) Kill the cute stuff.Anything not moving the needle goes on the Not-Doing list for 30 days.
Micro-action for the next 7 days: Write your lane on a sticky note and hit it every day with one measurable rep. That’s it. Stack the bricks.
