I took the quiz and here are my results! They align with the strategies I initially wanted to pursue- I want to do BRRRR/long-term rentals. I hoped to MTR to help with cash flow, as needed.

I have been working with Tammy in First Deal as well. I love the advice and encouragement she gives. Like many here, I want to be free of my W-2 job so I can spend more time with my family. I have a 7 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. I'd also love to be able to travel more with my husband and children. I'm excited to be here!
