Not having something in writing has been a great disappointment when the deal made it all the way to CLOSING The Deal. This happened when I was call by a agent to help to assist him to find a 1arce Commercial property in belmopan, his client had the vision to invest in a call center in the Capital City. With specific details like location, price, amenities , i just started to search; contacting some of my close friends in the industry.who didn't hesitate to welcome business:shared some listing's with me that matched request. I then exposed the listing's with buyer agent that requested the assistance, he went behind the sellers agent and my back and closed this 1.2 million deal.
With having black and white put you a t exposures such as protection of legal bind,protection of parties through details written terms outline, option to terminate clause and professionalism. All of which is beneficial to both buyer/ seller and commission for the hard work Agents put into compiling and presenting. This is why it is essential to put it in writing ✍️ 👏 wise choice
