This Week: Don’t Confuse a Slow Week with a Broken Business
I want to ground you in something today…
A slow week does not mean your business isn’t working. It usually means one of two things:
  1. You got inconsistent for a few days
  2. Or you’re in the “lag time” between effort and results
And that lag time? That’s where most agents quit.
But the agents who win…They understand this simple truth:
👉 Your results are always trailing your actions.
So if this week feels quiet…Don’t panic. Don’t spiral. Don’t start over.
Instead, ask yourself:
  • Did I have enough conversations?
  • Did I clearly communicate who I help?
  • Did I ask for the appointment?
  • Did I follow up with people already in my world?
Because most of the time, it’s not a lead problem.
👉 It’s a consistency problem.
👉 It’s a follow-up problem.
👉 It’s a “you stopped too soon” problem.
And the good news? That’s fixable immediately.
Your Assignment This Week:
Keep it simple. No overthinking.
✔ Have 10+ intentional conversations per day
✔ Ask for the appointment (don’t just “check in”)
✔ Follow up with at least 5 people already in your pipeline daily
✔ Tell people exactly what you do and who you help
And one more thing…
Some of you are sitting on opportunities right now that just need one more touch.
📌 The deal is usually in the follow-up.
📌 The appointment is usually one ask away.
📌 The breakthrough is usually on the other side of consistency.
Stay in the game this week.
No starting over. No reinventing.Just execute.
— Let’s go.
