Why You Keep “Falling Off”
Do you ever feel like you keep “falling off?”
Well, I have news for you.
Always “staying on” is impossible.
Trying to stay perfectly on track forever usually leads to the same outcome:
feeling like you “fell off” again.
Because life is already on.
Work.
Stress.
Family.
Schedules.
Unexpected things.
Trying to compete against real life usually doesn’t end well.
So instead of asking:
“How do I stay on track?”
Ask:
“What was happening when things became difficult?”
What time was it?
How was the day going?
Who were you with?
Had you eaten much earlier that day?
How stressed or exhausted were you?
Progress often starts by identifying one small thing within your control that may help make that moment easier next time.
