A few clients mentioned they’ve been logging meals in MyFitnessPal — and it inspired me to jump back in. I haven’t tracked in about four years, but started again this morning after my workout.
Honestly, I love this stuff — seeing protein, fiber, and all the data. Total nutrition nerd here 😄
