Introduce yourself :)
Welcome to the community! 👋 🎉 Hi, I’m Darci LaRocque, and I’m so excited to have you here! Over the last 2 decades, I’ve helped thousands of Agents save 10+ hours every week and start communicating consistently with past clients — your goldmine of opportunities. Now, I’m here to help you do the same! My fun fact: for decades both my Mom and myself would have people say "do you know who you look like? Cher". Now, if I could turn back time😁....once I stopped dying my hair I have only got that one time! ha ha.... Let’s get to know you! Please take a moment to introduce yourself below. And goooooo...... 🚀
Step 3: The Resolution Assignment
#1: My biggest takeaway is realizing how much smoother things could run if I have intentional systems in place—not just for outreach, but for nurturing relationships over time. #2: My biggest concern/challenge with how I am currently set up is staying organized across multiple platforms. Between files, contacts, CRM, and email, it’s easy for things to slip through the cracks. #3: How am I currently keeping in touch with my clients? A mix of personalized emails, occasional texts, and in-person follow-ups. I’d like to automate some of the touchpoints while still keeping the tone warm and authentic.
Step 2: Digital Clutter Assignment
#1: My biggest takeaway is how fragmented things are —between email, cloud storage, saved documents, and marketing tools. The idea of creating intentional systems to reduce decision fatigue and reclaim mental space really hit home. #2: My biggest challenge is keeping track of what's stored where. #3: Am I worried about losing my ‘stuff’ if my phone or computer dies? Yes!

Step 3: Assignment
#1: My biggest takeaway is that making clear resolutions for my business gives me direction and helps me focus on what really matters. #2: My biggest concern/challenge with how I am currently set up is I don’t always stick to the resolutions I make—I start strong, but then I slip back into old habits when things get busy. #3: This is how I keep in touch with my past clients: (If applicable, what CRM) I use Follow Up Boss to keep in touch with my past clients through email drips and reminders, but I know I need to do more personal touches Category: Assignments
