#1: My biggest takeaway is that making clear resolutions for my business gives me direction and helps me focus on what really matters.
#2: My biggest concern/challenge with how I am currently set up is I don’t always stick to the resolutions I make—I start strong, but then I slip back into old habits when things get busy.

I use Follow Up Boss to keep in touch with my past clients through email drips and reminders, but I know I need to do more personal touches
