When I got started in Real Estate 25 yrs ago (jeeez I'm old)
I had NO CLUE what to say to sellers.
That kept me silent and BROKE, for months.
❓If I built a free tool you could access and know EXACTLY what to say to sellers, no matter what the situation or what they say . . . would you use it❓
Anyone can do what I've been doing for the past handful of years.
➡️All you need is LEADS, a way to reach them via Text/Email. . .
AND
➡️WHAT to write/say to them
and you'll land deals 💰
That's the point I TAKE OVER....Negotiate the deal, Get a buyer/buyers and turn it all into MONEY
(which we split 50/50)
