The community owner wrote: use "Deal Machine", there's a LINK in the classroom.
(this "LINK" was to a PAID product, which the community owner recieved a COMMISSION when one their members bought.)
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for makin' some money, but to STEP OVER HELP, doing it?
Nope.
Leading with VALUE, has always won me Relationships, DEALS and respect.🙌
So I answered with the following:
- Driving for Dollars = STILL one of the BEST lead-gens out there.
- Door Knocking / Driving around.
- Public Notices in the paper.
- County Recorder SEARCH: Loan mods, Assignments of the DOT/Mtg., Foreclosure filings in Court records where they CANT FIND the defendant.
- Delinquent Water/Utility Leads
- FOIA Request to County Assessor/Treasurer for "Absentee owned props" and/or Delinquent Property Taxes.
- NUISANCE List by Code Enforcement
