Back-End 💲= $105,900 (Seller gets $5,000 of this after Buyer gets loan...MANY $290 payments later!)
👉PayDay #1: My BUYER puts up the $ to catch-up the payments, plus some leftover for me.
👉PayDay #2: My BUYER pays $1200/month on a payment that's only $910/month.
👉PayDay #3: My BUYER gets loan-ready and buys at $179,900 on a house I got for taking over the Loan Balance of $59,000 (which actually gets PAID DOWN over time by the Buyer = 4th PayDay?!)
