How many hours have you actually dedicated to - Learning contracts? Lead generating? Following a sale from start to finish? Well that changes today. I challenge you to change your methods/thinking/ways and be open to showing up as a professional real estate salesperson from here on out. Day 1-7 Dedicate 40 hours to real estate- Yes, a full work week. -Have 50 Real estate conversations by Day 7. Jot down who you spoke with and how you know them. *Ask for business. You’d be surprised what you might hear back. Then check in after you hit 50. -Highlight your states Agreement of sale, as if you’re writing an offer. One color for mandatory areas and another color to highlight areas that are optional and may/may not be filled out everytime and offer is written. -Like a monopoly board jot down the steps to a buyer sale from start to close. (I can attach a blank monopoly board for you to fill in).
