Accountability Partner
I’m your new accountability partner. I see a lot of agents fail because they ultimately don’t hold themselves accountable. Who me, never.. says our human nature & ego, but it’s true. How many hours have you actually dedicated to - Learning contracts? Lead generating? Following a sale from start to finish? Well that changes today. I challenge you to change your methods/thinking/ways and be open to showing up as a professional real estate salesperson from here on out. Day 1-7 Dedicate 40 hours to real estate- Yes, a full work week. -Have 50 Real estate conversations by Day 7. Jot down who you spoke with and how you know them. *Ask for business. You’d be surprised what you might hear back. Then check in after you hit 50. -Highlight your states Agreement of sale, as if you’re writing an offer. One color for mandatory areas and another color to highlight areas that are optional and may/may not be filled out everytime and offer is written. -Like a monopoly board jot down the steps to a buyer sale from start to close. (I can attach a blank monopoly board for you to fill in).

The hardest part in the real estate sales world isn’t passing the exam- it’s actually figuring out what to do every day thereafter with practically no one there actually rooting for YOU. Because in this business we are independent contractors and unless you position yourself, right out the gate, to be in front of the right people, you’re a small fish in an ocean full of sharks.
