Let's start with curiosity and how we ended up here
Nobody prepared women for this part. Not the hormonal shifts. Not the identity shifts. Not the marriage shifts. Not the empty nest grief. Not the career burnout. Not the strange feeling of looking around at the life you built and thinking… Wait. What now? Midlife isn’t just physical. It’s existential. And most women I talk to aren’t having a crisis. They’re having a reckoning. That’s why I created Radical Unbecoming 💜 What is one shift you have noticed in the past few months, year...that has you wondering "how did I end up here," or "this cannot be it!"??

🌿 Sunday Evening Check-In 🌿
Happy Sunday evening, beautiful humans! 💜 Before the weekend slips away and Monday starts whispering your name (or shouting it...😅), let's take a moment to pause and reconnect. I'd love to see what filled your cup this weekend! 📸 Drop a favorite picture (or two!) in the comments. It doesn't have to be perfectly curated. Maybe it was your morning coffee ☕, a hike 🥾, your grandkids 💕, your dog being delightfully unhinged 🐶, a gorgeous sunset 🌅, or simply a quiet moment that reminded you to breathe. Now let's set ourselves up for success this week... I want you to commit to ONE thing. Just one. Not seventeen new habits, a complete life makeover, and a meal-prepped refrigerator worthy of Pinterest by Tuesday. 😆 We're practicing Radical Unbecoming, not Radical Overwhelm. Choose one simple thing that feels doable: ✨ Go to bed by 9:00 PM. 📚 Read that book you've been meaning to start—for just 10 minutes. 🚶 Take a walk. 💧 Drink more water. ☎️ Call someone you love. 🧘 Sit quietly for five minutes. 💌 Do something thoughtful for someone else. ❤️ Or choose something that's been quietly tugging at your heart. Remember... This is YOUR time now. Small, intentional actions create momentum. And momentum creates transformation. 🎉 Also...go check out our updated About section! I've added our new Radical Unbecoming Framework, so you can see exactly how we'll move through this journey together: 💜 Awareness → Alignment → Action → Transformation I can't wait to hear what resonates with you! And because I'm asking you to share your commitment, here's mine... 🙋‍♀️ This week I'm committing to: ✨ Working on (goal is to launch) our very first Classroom Assessment (I can't wait for you to experience it! 🤓) 💜 Spending intentional time with one of my closest friends next weekend. Because nurturing our relationships is just as important as pursuing our goals. Now it's your turn! 👇 Share: 📸 Your favorite weekend photo ✨ The ONE thing you're committing to this week And while you're here, cheer on another woman in the comments. One encouraging word can go a lot farther than you think.

Weekend Contemplation
Happy Saturday, beautiful humans 💜 Can we talk about something nobody really prepared us for? Not the hormonal shifts. Not the identity shifts. Not the marriage shifts. Not the empty nest grief. Not the career burnout. Not the strange feeling of looking around at the life you built and thinking… Wait. What now? Midlife isn’t just physical. It’s existential. And most women I know aren’t having a crisis. They’re having a reckoning. A deep, honest moment of realizing: The version of me that got me here may not be the version of me meant for what comes next. That realization can feel unsettling. But it can also be incredibly freeing. That’s what Radical Unbecoming is all about. Letting go of the roles, expectations, patterns, and beliefs that no longer fit… So you can create what’s next with more truth, freedom, and alignment. ✨ Weekend Question: What is one version of yourself you feel ready to release… —or one part of yourself you’re ready to reclaim? (There’s no right answer here. Just honesty.) I’ll go first: I’m continually unbecoming the version of me that thought I had to hold everything together for EVERYONE. Your turn 👇

Quick Intro and Let's Go!

Quick Intro and Let's Go!
What No Longer Fits?
Let’s begin with the heart of Radical Unbecoming. Not with goals. Not with plans. Not with fixing. With truth. Because before we can reclaim ourselves… before we can create meaningful change… before we can move forward… We have to get honest about what no longer fits. That’s what Radical Unbecoming is really about. It’s the courageous work of shedding the roles, beliefs, expectations, and patterns that may have served us once—but no longer feel true in this season of life. For many women, that can look like unbecoming: • the people pleaser • the fixer • the peacekeeper • the perfectionist • the overfunctioner • the woman who always puts herself last • the woman who holds everything together no matter the cost Maybe it’s a role. Maybe it’s a belief. Maybe it’s a version of yourself you’ve outgrown. Not broken. Not wrong. Just no longer aligned. And here’s the truth: Acknowledging that something no longer fits doesn’t mean you have to blow up your life tomorrow. It simply means you’re willing to stop pretending. That willingness changes everything. So today, I invite you into one honest reflection: What no longer fits? Not what needs fixing. Not what needs improving. What no longer feels true? What feels heavy? What feels performative? What feels outgrown? What feels misaligned? Share as much or as little as you’d like below. This is a space for honesty, not perfection. I’ll go first. It's time for me to unlearn people pleasing, trusting myself, and coming home to myself-what do I want, need, and desire from MY life? More in the comments section! And remember: Awareness is where change begins. Truth creates clarity. Clarity creates momentum. Welcome to Radical Unbecoming.
