You do not get extra points for figuring yourself out faster. You don't need to have an answer today. Sometimes the most honest thing you can say is: “I don't know yet.” And sometimes that is the beginning of trusting yourself again. What are you giving yourself permission not to know yet?

Let's get a little uncomfortable. 📘 How many more books do you need to read before you're allowed to trust what you already know? 🎧 How many podcasts? 🏛️ How many courses? ✍️ How many journal prompts? 📂 How many color-coded plans for becoming the woman you supposedly need to become? At some point, more information becomes a very sophisticated way to avoid listening. I'm not saying stop learning. I'm asking: Where might learning have become a substitute for trusting yourself?
