Awareness Without Judgment 👀
One of the hardest parts of Awareness?
Seeing something clearly without immediately deciding whether it’s “good” or “bad.” 😬
“I’m resentful.”
“I don’t want to go.”
“I’m jealous.”
“I’m tired.”
“I actually love this.”
“I don’t know anymore.”
And then comes the courtroom. ⚖️
What does this say about me?
Should I feel this way?
What’s wrong with me?
I really need to work on this.
Whoa, girl. 😂
Can you let the observation exist before you put it on trial?
Try replacing judgment with curiosity:
“Huh. Interesting.” 🤔
That’s it.
No fixing.
No diagnosing.
No twelve-step plan for why you’re feeling what you’re feeling.
Just…notice.
You are allowed to gather information about yourself without turning yourself into a problem to solve.
Awareness isn’t about judging what you find.
It’s about being willing to see what’s there. 💜
And honestly? That can be pretty radical.
