Anyone can stick to a diet or workout plan for a few days. What is difficult is sticking to them long enough to see the results.
This is not new information.
To lose weight, it's being in a calorie deficit daily over multiple weeks.
To lose primarily body fat, it's hitting 1g of protein per pound of goal/ideal bodyweight, the minimum fats, and the remainder of the macros with carbs. Pair that with weight training.
To do any of this and see success, it needs to be a daily execution of the plans.
It will not happen otherwise.
