Clarification

So when you set up a workspace, then you have workflows within the workspace. I'm struggling to wrap my head around the boundaries. For example If I have a Content workspace, then there is short form, long form workflows, etc, and Ideally there is some exchange, breaking down longform into short form.

I've watched a few of the videos but I'm still struggling...

How does this allow us to have multiple AI sessions going?

How does this pair with an orchestrator like OpenClaw?
