I love this methodology, and it has helped me bring a lot more context and specificity to not only what I do with AI, but also to my work itself. I have been exploring skills recently and I'm curious if this same procedure can work applied to skills (I'm sure it can) and has anyone had any success with building skills with this?

So when you set up a workspace, then you have workflows within the workspace. I'm struggling to wrap my head around the boundaries. For example If I have a Content workspace, then there is short form, long form workflows, etc, and Ideally there is some exchange, breaking down longform into short form. I've watched a few of the videos but I'm still struggling... How does this allow us to have multiple AI sessions going? How does this pair with an orchestrator like OpenClaw?
