That overlap is rare enough to feel symbolically clean: a dark sky reset paired with a cultural energetic new cycle. 🐍 The Snake year has been about shedding. Strategic, quiet, internal recalibration. For many of us it has not looked dramatic on the outside, but it has re-patterned perception. Snake energy strips illusion. It exposes subtle motives, hidden contracts, unconscious attachments. What falls away under Snake rarely does so loudly—it dissolves. 🐎 The Horse is different. Horse moves. Horse externalizes. We are currently in Solar Cycle 25’s heightened phase, and 2025–2026 has shown increased solar flare and geomagnetic storm activity. There is measurable correlation between geomagnetic fluctuations and human sleep architecture. During strong geomagnetic disturbances, melatonin regulation can shift, REM cycles can fragment, and dream vividness can intensify. Some studies have observed increased reports of lucid dreams and altered-state experiences during high solar activity periods. For those working with astral projection, this becomes interesting for two reasons: 1. ADHD a Broader Perspective 🧠
ADHD isn’t a lack of attention or focus, which is usually just the symptom. I’ve come to see it as a neuro-expansive nervous system operating without a regulator. And honestly, I’ve found myself wondering… what if ADHD isn’t pathology at all — but just a wider fuller bandwidth even a superpower? A system tuned to receive far more signal than society and the body knows how to hold. What I’ve seen again and again is this: neuro-expansive minds don’t struggle because they can’t focus. They struggle because their perceptual field is wide, porous, alive, Taking in micro-sensations, emotional currents from others around them, patterns, possibilities, futures… all at once. And when the body doesn’t feel safe enough to hold that much information, I see the same thing happen every time. The system fragments. This is where breathing, for me, stops being “calming" and starts being foundational. I’m constantly following research from places like the HeartMath Institute and other leading researchers and what stands out is this: Coherent breathing reorganises the entire flow of information between the heart, brain, and nervous system which absolutely includes the vagus nerve , serotonin production , gut microbiology, immunity. This alone shows how fundamental coherent breathing is and how it directly effects every area of our life. What I’ve found in neuro-expansive systems is that attention doesn’t actually want narrowing. This is the traditional pharmacutical approach of amphetamines , which i was on for over 12 years and yes they helped me fit into the box society has shaped for us but it also stunted my creativity, damaged my guts and caused me to try not taking the pills to increase my creativity but this would always be followed by unfounded awful suicidal ideation. A clear withdrawal effect from powerful and damaging drugs. But there is a better way , as really what we're dealing with is a sensitive and wide open unregulated system, It wants coherence. It wants a stable field to land in.

This is an overview for anyone who wishes to work with the chakra system using mudra and sound together. Mudra, breath, sound, and attention operate as one system: the hand positions help stabilize attention in the body and gently organize the nervous system, while the bija mantras act as vibrational keys that support resonance and awareness in each chakra. Rather than activating anything, the practice supports coherence, regulation, and clear signal flow through the subtle body, and can be used as a light reference alongside grounding, regulation, or astral-related work. 🔴Root (Muladhara) – LAM Grounding, safety, physical stability. 🟠Sacral (Swadhisthana) – VAM Creativity, emotional flow, sensuality. 🟡Solar Plexus (Manipura) – RAM Willpower, confidence, inner fire. 🟢Heart (Anahata) – YAM Love, balance, compassion. 🔵Throat (Vishuddha) – HAM Expression, communication, truth. 🟣Third Eye (Ajna) – AUM Intuition, perception, inner vision. ⚪️Crown (Sahasrara) – ANG Spiritual connection, unity, awareness. After completing the crown, remain still for a few moments without changing posture. Drop all sound and technique. Notice how the body holds itself now, how the breath moves, and how awareness is distributed. Integration happens in silence. If sensations, emotions, or spaciousness arise, allow them without interpretation. This is where the work settles — not in effort, but in continuity between practice and ordinary presence.
