Good people = good life
I have been feeling a little anxious the whole week. This is going to be my first post that I share with you, so the whole week I wanted it to be as incisive and meaningful as possible. However yesterday I had a devisive day, I went to lunch with a new friend from uni and some old friends I haven't caught up with for a long time and in the evening I went to the movies with my dad. At first I wasn't happy with myself, I ate fatty and unhealthy food for lunch and dinner and I came home late which meant I didnt have time to to any studying. But then I started feeling grateful and I realized something: People, for me at least, are what makes my life have meaning.
I care about a lot of things and want to achieve even more, but I want and I need people around me on the way. Don't get me wrong, I love being alone from time to time, but there's nothing quite like meeting with old friends, having fun with some of your closest people or spending time with your family. Even when it can feel exhausting from time to time. The point I want to make is that even if you have your hands full and tasks are piling up, you should always make at least a little time for the people that mean something to you, not only for them but also for your own peace of mind.
