The seasons are constantly changing, and so are we. In Qigong, we learn to work with the rhythms of nature rather than against them. As we move into the energy of summer and celebrate the Summer Solstice, we are invited to embrace expansion, vitality, joy, and connection. The new flow is available for you to watch at your own pace in the Classroom. Summer is associated with the Heart, the element of Fire, and the energy of being fully present in life. This week's Phoenix Flow class will focus on: Cultivating heart-centered energy Honoring the Summer Solstice Releasing stagnant energy from the body Supporting emotional balance and vitality Connecting with the season's energy of joy and abundance Whether you're new to Qigong or have practiced before, this gentle movement practice offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and align with the natural flow of the season.
