I just finished listening to a conversation that hit uncomfortably close to home. Not because it was inspiring. It is hard because the required actions are often unpleasant! Making cold calls. Following up when there is no response. Reading financials when you are tired. Having uncomfortable conversations with staff members. Most people know what they should do. Few do it consistently when motivation is gone. Here is what matters. You are not supposed to do this alone. When you try to push through solo, friction is the result. When you push through with a team or a community, friction becomes normal. That is why serious entrepreneurs surround themselves early! Not after a deal. Before confidence shows up. You need problems that meet three criterias : 1) High-Value Target Market Companies spending $5oK+ annually on the prblem. 2) Measurable Impact: Clear ROI that justifies premium pricing. 3) AI Advantage: Where Al genuinely outperforms human solutions The Research Method: Interview 20 business owners in your target industry. Ask: "what's your most expensive operational headache?". Focus on problems they're already paying to solve badly Ignore problems they "should" care about but don't. Commit this week to do it, and you'll be ahead of 90%. Week #2 - here a sneak peek: Step 2: Build The Minimum Viable Advantage Forget building platforms. Build painkiller solutions.
