Starting Over
I have been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. I started building online businesses in 1998, and have been full time doing it since 2003. @Brian O'Neill says that no one has started more side hustles and businesses than him, well I have started hundreds of businesses and side hustles online in the past 27 years! 😉 Most failed but the successes I had where amazing and life changing. I have built many websites and grew several to become thriving businesses. My specialty was building, growing and then selling them. I have sold many of my businesses now and over the years I have been blessed with some very successful business exits. Since my last business exit, which was 4.5 years ago, I have really struggled to decide what to do next. With the rise of AI, it has changed everything I used to do. So even though I have become pretty skilled with AI tools, I do not have the expertise I had in the past. I have been publishing books and that is starting to make better income. But I am still not happy with where it is right now. So, I am hoping to discover a direction I can go now. I have literally spent the last 4.5 years trying different ideas and nothing really is working. I am frustrated and want to quit looking. Sorry for the long-winded message but this is where I am right now!
General Question about Marketing
Hi. I have a business structure and an existing business idea, a website, and a lead funnel, but after more than a year, I have zero leads. I would like to build a Skool community as a funnel for my business; maybe that will help. General Q: Every single YouTube guru and business expert, including Hormozi -- all of them -- seem to say that the ONLY way to build a following is by starting with friends and family. For whatever reason (I do not want to discuss it or argue with anyone about it -- I am not able to subscribe friends and family). Should I abandon the idea of a Skool community, social media following, etc. and get myself a 9-5 job? Or is their a remote possibility of building a following without having warm leads (or spending thousands of dollars on ads)? I am stuck on this for over a year now, and I would appreciate any help anyone can offer (except trying to convince me that I do have warm leads. Do not. I will not appreciate it and will not respond.)
I. Want!
I want to help dog owners!
What I do.
I help divorced and separated fathers silence the voice telling them they're not enough, so they can show up fully for their kids.
YouTube question
Hey all, brand new here. I'm working on an overall business where I'll provide a number of different services, all centered around resilience (mental toughness). My initial Skool group will be coaching salespeople in this area. I want to use Youtube to bring people into my Skool group but also want to use YT for other target markets for my topic of resilience as well. Should I plan long term to have separate YT channel for my Skool Group?
