Where are my Claude users?
Are you using Claude? And how do you use Claude? Do you work with Claude code in the terminal? Are you using Claude.ai which is the browser version? Are you using the Claude app?

I have the Claude app and use that when I want Claude to do things for me in my email service provider, Kit. But mostly, I use Claude ai. I love it and use it a lot - mostly to help me organise my ideas. I've stopped asking it to create my content, because I noticed I was getting less and less good at doing things myself... and I don't want that brain of mine to decline just yet! But I will give it outlines and content, and it then creates presentations for me; or I use it to map out an email sequence with me, or give me feedback on content I've created, etc.
I Stopped Guessing And Just Watched
People ask me constantly what my funnel looks like. Do I run free and paid? Do I use tiers? Do I do freemium? I've tried all of it. Free groups, paid groups, tiers, subscriptions, one-time offers. Two and a half years on Skool, three years running communities. And I just recorded the whole thing. My actual flow, start to finish, screen shared. I'll show you where 70% of my people come from. I'll show you the group with literally nothing in the classroom and why that's on purpose. I'll show you the exact moment I make an offer and what happens when I don't. Important note: You can have the wrong setup and still win if you have enough traffic. Traffic covers a lot of mistakes. That's why I obsess over it. Watch the video, then tell me your top takeaway. What's your main traffic source right now?

This is such a great video Brian! Thank you! Will you be publishing it on YouTube? I can think of at least two people I’d want to share this with!

@Brian O'Neill oh thanks for letting me know that! I hadn’t realised!
Should I start Free or Paid?
If you have a Skool community this is the top question I get. So I made a YouTube video about it. Check it out and learn why I think getting 50-100 engaged free members is some of the worst advice on Skool.

@Brian O'Neill aww no problem! I thought I might as well let the good old YT algorithm know it needs to show me more of your content ☺️
💡 Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: • I want to help remote workers fix neck pain • I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals • I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment 👇 Go to the Classroom → Start Here and continue with: Step 1 🧭 Pick Your Direction That’s where we’ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below 👇 Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian 🔥

I want to help affiliate marketers get traffic to their links... I have another 200 ideas 🤣 but if forced to pick one, this is the one I reckon is the most realistic for me right now...

@Brian O'Neill I'm glad I made you laugh! I drive myself crazy, but I try to laugh 😂 "I help affiliate marketers get more traffic to their affiliate links." I really like this! Thank you!
