The rarest thing on the internet right now is you.
Something happened on our group call yesterday in Mindset Skool that I haven’t seen in 13 months of owning the group.
It was the most attended call we’ve ever had.
Not because I had a special guest. Not because I ran a big promotion. People just showed up. More of them than ever before.
I’ve been thinking about why.
And I think it’s the same reason I made the video I’m dropping in a second.
The internet is drowning in AI content right now. Up to 90% of what gets published online is no longer written, recorded, or created by a human being.
And the research is starting to show what that does to people. More than half of Americans report feeling lonely on a regular basis. The more content gets outsourced to machines, the more people crave something real.
They’re craving you.
Not your information. Not your framework. Not your funnel. You.
That’s the opportunity sitting in front of every single person in this community right now.
YouTube is not a content platform anymore. It’s a trust engine. It’s the place where someone can spend 45 minutes with you, hear your voice, see your face, decide they like how you think, and start looking for a way to get closer to you. And when they want to get closer, you point them to a paid room on Skool.
That’s the YouTube to Skool model. And I am doubling down on it hard.
I was already all in. But after the data I’ve been seeing on how people are responding to real human presence online right now, I’m going deeper. This isn’t a content strategy. It’s a connection strategy. And the timing has never been better for the person who is willing to just show up and be a human on camera.
You don’t need a big channel to start. You don’t need fancy gear. You don’t need to be polished.
You need to be real. And right now, real is the rarest thing on the internet.
I put out a video yesterday that lays out exactly how this model works and why the AI era is actually the best thing that could have happened to established experts who are willing to show up. Watch it.
Especially if you’ve been on the fence about YouTube or you’ve been posting and wondering if it’s worth it.
It’s worth it. More now than ever.
After you watch, come back and tell me where you’re at with YouTube right now. Starting from zero, posting sporadically, or you’ve been at it for a while?
I want to know because I’m going to be sharing a lot more about this model inside PYOB over the coming weeks and I want to meet you where you are.
