Need help

I started two YouTube channels for the Indian audience in May. One a serious one and the other as a hobby to learn to record videos talking about life experiences. Ironically, the hobby channel is blowing up because of a couple of videos. So I'm thinking of going fulltime on that now since people seem to resonate.

I'm considering building a community on Skool (free at the start) from the YouTube viewers/subscribers. And later provide more value via free courses, pdfs, etc. Maybe then think about turning it into a paid subscription once it gathers sufficient members. I already have the YouTube to Skool program that I can use for this.

I'm also overwhelmed on where to start. There are so many threads here and in the YouTube to Skool community right now.
