The rarest thing on the internet right now is you.
Something happened on our group call yesterday in Mindset Skool that I haven’t seen in 13 months of owning the group. It was the most attended call we’ve ever had. Not because I had a special guest. Not because I ran a big promotion. People just showed up. More of them than ever before. I’ve been thinking about why. And I think it’s the same reason I made the video I’m dropping in a second. The internet is drowning in AI content right now. Up to 90% of what gets published online is no longer written, recorded, or created by a human being. And the research is starting to show what that does to people. More than half of Americans report feeling lonely on a regular basis. The more content gets outsourced to machines, the more people crave something real. They’re craving you. Not your information. Not your framework. Not your funnel. You. That’s the opportunity sitting in front of every single person in this community right now. YouTube is not a content platform anymore. It’s a trust engine. It’s the place where someone can spend 45 minutes with you, hear your voice, see your face, decide they like how you think, and start looking for a way to get closer to you. And when they want to get closer, you point them to a paid room on Skool. That’s the YouTube to Skool model. And I am doubling down on it hard. I was already all in. But after the data I’ve been seeing on how people are responding to real human presence online right now, I’m going deeper. This isn’t a content strategy. It’s a connection strategy. And the timing has never been better for the person who is willing to just show up and be a human on camera. You don’t need a big channel to start. You don’t need fancy gear. You don’t need to be polished. You need to be real. And right now, real is the rarest thing on the internet. I put out a video yesterday that lays out exactly how this model works and why the AI era is actually the best thing that could have happened to established experts who are willing to show up. Watch it.

No YouTube channel yet. @Brian O'Neill thanks for a straightforward insight on creating a YouTube. I will give myself 7 working days to open and post on YouTube.
Fear of Judgment
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Post something vulnerable today. Something real. ✅ DM 3 people and offer to help them—focus on service, not self. What’s one thing you’ve held back on because of judgment? Drop it in the comments—then go do it anyway.

creating content with my face on social media. I prefer faceless content
Fear of Failure
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ List 3 things you’ve failed at before… that taught you something. ✅ Make a “What’s the worst that could happen?” list—and rate the actual risk. Share one thing you’re afraid to try—then list one tiny action you’ll take anyway.

I'm afraid that my product will not sell, or be good enough. The only way is to do it and put it out there. @Brian O'Neill thanks for helping me deal with my fear and uncertainty.
Perfectionism
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Set a “launch deadline” for your next task (24–48 hrs). ✅ Launch at 80%—no more tweaking unless it’s live and tested. What’s something you’ve been perfecting instead of publishing? Comment what it is and your new deadline to finish it.

I have been overthinking creating digital product, like ebook prayer journal. I used the fact that I don't have customers as a reason not to create it. My deadline is 3rd June
Overthinking
👉 Watch the lesson. Action Steps: ✅ Set a 15-minute “decision window.” - Give yourself 15 minutes max to decide. - No more looping. ✅ Write down what you can’t control. - Let it go. Circle what you can control and act on it today. Choose one thing you've been overthinking and decide on it today. Comment what it was and what action you’re taking now.

I have been overthinking about who will purchase my digital products when created. Sometimes I doubt myself. Thnaks @Brian O'Neill for clarifying.
