Hi All - I am working on my state license and have everything except the 'Policies' document. I understand there have been lot of changes and new laws in the past couple of years. Does anyone have any recommendation on what is the best path forward for this? There are a lot of folks online selling these documents for various prices, but I am not sure whom to trust. Hello all, I hope you’re doing well! I am currently in the process of finalizing my (1) Independent Contractor & (2) Clients Cleaning Service Agreement and wanted to reach out for some guidance. At this time, I don’t have the budget to consult a lawyer, so I was hoping you might be able to help in one of two ways: 1. If you have a contract that you use with your clients, would you be willing to share a copy for reference? 2. Alternatively, I can share the draft of my contract, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions you might have. Additionally, if you have any insight into how much a lawyer typically charges to help finalize such a document, that would be extremely helpful.
