Hello all, I hope you’re doing well! I am currently in the process of finalizing my (1) Independent Contractor & (2) Clients Cleaning Service Agreement and wanted to reach out for some guidance. At this time, I don’t have the budget to consult a lawyer, so I was hoping you might be able to help in one of two ways: 1. If you have a contract that you use with your clients, would you be willing to share a copy for reference? 2. Alternatively, I can share the draft of my contract, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions you might have. Additionally, if you have any insight into how much a lawyer typically charges to help finalize such a document, that would be extremely helpful.
