Hey good afternoon,
I wanted to introduce myself to the community. My name is Julia. I am a nurse based in NJ. I help run a sexual health clinic for my hospital system.
My purpose is to assist people with trauma/trauma history, navigate their health options, and educate them on nutrition, exercise, and mindset to live a truly healthy life.
