I decided to join a fitness influencers workout challenge 2 weeks ago. When I tell y’all this is the most consistent I’ve been in my fitness journey, I’m so proud of myself. I finally decided to stop being inconsistent and get serious so I can build the body I have always wanted. From eating clean, to the 10k steps, to showing up when I don’t feel like. I think it’s even put me in a much better mental space also. So this is your reminder to do it if you’ve been putting it off or being inconsistent. Happy Sunday 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Sometimes purpose doesn’t look like progress it looks like dirt, waiting, and small beginnings. 🌱 Just because you can’t see the growth doesn’t mean God isn’t working beneath the surface. Don’t dig up the seed because you haven’t seen the harvest yet. Keep planting. Keep watering. Keep obeying. 🌱 You can’t rush purpose. Trust God with the growth.
