I just want to say thank you to the ladies I’ve been engaging with, giving advice to, getting ideas from, inspired by, etc. y’all don’t even know y’all are really adding to my healing and my growth. I decided to join a fitness influencers workout challenge 2 weeks ago. When I tell y’all this is the most consistent I’ve been in my fitness journey, I’m so proud of myself. I finally decided to stop being inconsistent and get serious so I can build the body I have always wanted. From eating clean, to the 10k steps, to showing up when I don’t feel like. I think it’s even put me in a much better mental space also. So this is your reminder to do it if you’ve been putting it off or being inconsistent. Happy Sunday 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
