Prayer Call - Run Your Race
This morning on our Wednesday Prayer Call, we talked about something that I think every entrepreneur needs to hear: You may be tired because you're running the wrong race. Hebrews 12 reminds us: "Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus…" Notice the wording. The race is marked out. Assigned. Designed. God already prepared a lane for you. Yet as entrepreneurs, we often exhaust ourselves trying to run races we were never called to run. We chase someone else's business model. We build someone else's version of success. We compare our Chapter 3 to someone else's Chapter 10. We believe we need to do ALL the things because everyone else is doing them. No wonder we're tired. At PurposeFlow™, we believe: Clarity creates momentum. When you know your assignment, you stop trying to be everywhere. You stop trying to be everyone. You stop trying to do everything. You become fully present to your calling. Then we talked about the weights we carry: Other people's expectations, other people's emergencies, other people's opinions, other people's timelines, fear, comparison, people pleasing, perfectionism, trying to do everything, carrying everyone. And perhaps the biggest entrepreneurial trap of all is shiny object syndrome. Podcast today. Course tomorrow. New niche next week. Another program next month. Meanwhile… Nothing moves. The enemy doesn't always have to stop us. Sometimes he simply distracts us. PurposeFlow™ teaches: Faithful movement beats frantic striving. Jesus never hurried. Yet He fulfilled His assignment. He knew when to serve, rest, withdraw, and when to say no. Flow is not doing less. It is doing what God assigned and releasing everything else. So here are the questions I want us all to sit with today: ➡️ Am I running the race God gave me… or performing according to someone else's expectations? ➡️ What am I carrying that God never asked me to carry? ➡️ What distraction keeps showing up and tripping me? ➡️ Am I in my lane, or have I drifted into someone else's?

Prayer Call - Run Your Race
🎥 REPLAY NOW AVAILABLE: Biblical Accountability & Community
Today's prayer call replay is now available inside the classroom! Look for the course called "Community Prayer Calls" All previous replays are there too. Thank you to @Carla Dancy Smith for joining me live and contributing to the conversation. It is always a blessing to gather with women who are committed to growing in faith, purpose, and business together. During this session, we explored: ✅ What biblical accountability really means ✅ Examples of accountability relationships in Scripture ✅ Why God never intended us to build alone ✅ How accountability can strengthen us as Christian entrepreneurs ✅ Practical ways we can support one another inside the ClientFlow™ community One of the biggest takeaways from today's discussion was this: Isolation weakens. Community strengthens. Accountability sharpens. Prayer sustains. As you watch the replay, I'd love for you to share: 👉 What was your biggest takeaway? 👉 How can this community better support your growth this season? Let's continue sharpening one another as we pursue the assignments God has placed on our lives.

Are you ready for change?
Most people, whether they are willing to admit it or not, do not like change. Change disrupts our routines, forces us into discomfort, and demands that we either adapt or fight back. And let’s be completely honest: no matter which path you choose, it takes massive energy and effort. So, when God declares, "Behold, I am doing a new thing," it is an explicit warning of disruption. He is telling you to get ready for your landscape to change. But the breakthrough hidden inside Isaiah 43:19 is that He never promises disruption without simultaneously promising provision. He doesn't just change the landscape; He alters the infrastructure of the environment so you can thrive. Let’s break down exactly what His provision looks like in the two distinct seasons your business will face: The Wilderness and The Desert. Part 1: Making a Way in the Wilderness Making a "way" in the wilderness is about learning to navigate a complex, highly dynamic, and thriving ecosystem. In a modern business landscape, the wilderness represents seven distinct realities—and God promises to carve a clear pathway through every single one of them. 1️⃣ Uncontrollable Markets (The Environment): The wilderness operates on its own terms. In business, this is your macroeconomic environment—shifting consumer trends, rapid technological evolution, and economic cycles. You cannot control the "weather" of the market, but God provides the agility you need to adapt to it. 2️⃣ Untouched by Development (Blue Oceans): The wilderness is untamed. In business, this is your "Blue Ocean"—an untapped market space of pure opportunity. It requires raw entrepreneurial navigation and visionary courage, not corporate bureaucracy. 3️⃣ Opportunities for Solitude (Deep Work): The wilderness removes the noise of civilization. For the entrepreneur, solitude is the ultimate incubator for research, development, and deep work. Isolation from daily operational fires is exactly where God gives you the space to think creatively and innovatively.

This morning we prayed for focus
Happy Wednesday! This morning's prayer call was about focus and the wind (aka distraction) that pulls your attention away from God. Matthew 14:22-33 recounts Jesus' walk on water and features Peter as the only other person in recorded history that did the same. Ultimately, Peter didn't sink because of the water. He sank because he shifted his focus. Likewise, entrepreneurs rarely fail because they lack talent. They often struggle because their attention gets scattered. Eventually they give up because of fear, overwhelm, or discouragement. Distraction might look like: - Constantly changing business ideas - Chasing every new strategy - Comparing yourself to others online - Consuming content instead of implementing - Looking for the next course instead of finishing the current assignment - Building instead of selling - Perfecting a logo instead of talking to prospects - Creating more content when no offers have been made - Focusing on followers instead of relationships - Spending hours on technology instead of client conversations Listen to the replay of the lesson and prayer call and then go to the Classroom to hear the associated lesson.

This morning we prayed for focus
This morning I went live for our very first ClientFlow™ Prayer Call. 💛
What I thought would be a short prayer turned into a deeper moment of encouragement, teaching, and covering this community in prayer. I prayed for you, your loved ones, your business, your peace, and even the unspoken needs many women entrepreneurs carry quietly. You can listen to a short excerpt here, and if you’d like the full replay, head over to the Flow community to watch the complete lesson and prayer time. Thank you to everyone who joined, prayed, and supported this new beginning. I’m looking forward to gathering again next Wednesday at 8 AM EST for our next prayer call. Remember: you were never meant to build alone.
