Motivation comes and goes. Some days you feel unstoppable… Other days you don’t feel like doing anything. That’s why discipline matters more. Discipline keeps you going when motivation fades. Discipline is what builds real results over time. Rely less on how you feel… and more on what you said you’d do. What’s one thing you’re staying disciplined on right now?
Gym before or after work?
I’ve tried both, but I prefer going after work I think. It helps me let off some steam on the mornings I do it. What about you?
