Week 2 Challenge Kinda Obliterated 💥
So quick math told me I would get around 400 minutes in a normal week. If I add extra stuff I don’t normally do 🔴 beast goal of 450 was feasible. Fast forward - 686 minutes of exercise this week 😂 I spent a lot of time at the gym Saturday so that was most of this overachieving but it was good to get used to being on my feet longer since I have 5 back to back race weekends coming at me! Like any good accountant would I tracked my workouts in a spreadsheet (see below) but I did 200 minutes of stuff I don’t normally do - yoga (that was a comedy), walks, dance fitness, and spin class). I also spent 486 minutes on my normal workouts. Today’s Orangetheory treadmill template was a 23 min endurance run - I actually groaned at Reddit after yesterday’s treadmill torture 😂 But I am happy to say that I did well in that block and even ran faster at the end. Such a distant memory when I could only hold a run for 3 min or so a year ago 🙌 Today’s workout fun: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DepFBcYJ_rc/?mdxt=OGs4Y3Fzc3p6MTFv
