MONDAY CHALLENGE
Monday motivation 💪🏻
“A Spartan doesn’t wait for motivation. He builds discipline in the darkness, earns strength through the struggle, and proves his character when quitting would be easier. Every mile, every rep, every drop of sweat is a promise kept to himself. You don’t train because it’s easy. You train because you refuse to be ordinary. TODAY, YOU FORGE THE WARRIOR YOU’RE BECOMING. NO EXCUSES. NO SHORTCUTS. JUST WORK.”
Monday - No Pain No Gain
Didn’t get through my whole workout 😭 on the treadmill warm-up my right foot decided to be in pain. So got through what I could and will add the other two workouts to tomorrow. Hopefully it’s just bruised or sore from Spartan Beast 🥰
Monday - No Pain No Gain
Ultra completed!
Well my first ultra is in the books. Dallas was a good venue except for the long ass walk to get back to the car! First loop was actually decent. I hit all obstacles. Second loop was a different story. My biggest thing was feet and knees hurting. Walked way more on second loop and missed some obstacles. Time was 10 hours 11 min. Little slower than I wanted but it was done. Miles 25-28 were the toughest! Now time for sushi and recovery Also, 710/450 minutes complete
