Lately I’ve been trying to go deeper into how real teams operate, especially with tools like Jira and Confluence. I’ve used them at a basic level, but I want to understand how experienced PMs actually use them in real workflows. A big reason I joined is because I’m also exploring how AI fits into modern product management. There’s a lot of hype, but I’m more interested in what’s actually useful vs what’s just noise.
