We're reading 'Good to Great' for this Month's Product Bookclub!

Hi! Hope you enjoyed reading 'Transformed' as much as I did!

Hoping to catch some of you during the summary today (at 7pm CEST)

This month, we'll be reading 'Good to Great' by Jim Collins.

The book explores how to shift product orgs over to the 'Product Operating Model', raising the awareness of the increasing need for Product Coaching in modern product orgs.

I loved reading Empowered at the end of last year, so I'm confident this'll be a worthwhile read too.

It's an online bookclub for the members of Product Synthesis - each month I’ll announce a new Product book that I’ll be reading throughout the month, and anyone in the community is welcome to read (or listen) along with me!

I've changed the schedule a little for this one, as we're heading into the summer I thought I'd see how folks feel about a 6 week schedule for the bookclub instead of the monthly cadence we've been doing so far this year!
