Weighted-ball workout
I got a new weighted-ball last week, but I don't know how to use it. Like, should I do the same drills as the normal basketball or something else? And should I work firstly with the weighted one and then with the classic one?
Defense
I kind of struggle with defense when it comes to dealing with faster guards who are lighter or quicker on their feet but I do footwork drills and plyometrics that would make me quick on my feet but I struggle to react what are some tips to improve in this?
Need help
How do I get twitchy I fell like my body doesn’t move quick enough and I feel as if I’m on solid block and I’m not flowing enough to be twitchy

Guys I need help.Im 1,87 can playing mainly small forward.I do 5 times per week weights three upper and two lower.Also I do two times per week plyos.Team trainings this time only two as championship has ended.Skill work five-6 times per week and I do 3-4 times per week sprints.Also everyday mobility.What should I do differently as for the trainings?
