What are some of the problems you guys are having basketball wise, on and off the court? Also what do you all want to see more of from me? Don’t be afraid to ask me anything, we all are here to get better !

@Pedro Valenzuela the best way to stop putting pressure on yourself is to remember why u play. Most of the time we play for our enjoyment, so if you just remember to just enjoy the game and play super hard then the pressure will eventually go away

@Eitan Basketball the best way to work on that is really just to find 5v5 runs and guard the best ball handler every time. They most likely will be using screens so maximize your reps right there, work on getting skinny around the screen and pushing off of your outside foot. Another tip: which ever way the screen is coming, ex.) right or left, flip your hips in the opposite way before the screen comes. So if the screen comes to your right, drop your right foot and vice versa
lusting
does lusting make playing basketball worse or just ruins ur life

in my opinion, both. I think it’s hard to play basketball to your fullest potential when your mind is somewhere other than focused on the game and in life it is hard for you to appreciate the true beauty of what God has blessed us with when you view it with such a lustful standpoint
Transition
Any got advice for transitioning into a guard? Im working on my handle and shooting everyday and already have great iq and footwork from playing like a trail 4 my whole life but for the next level I need to become a guard

@Jesse Anyanwu focus on jumping consistently, the best teacher is your own repetition. Those can both help you but nothing like just jumping every day trying to dunk
Simulating plays alone
I got a problem as I don't know how to create playing situations when I workout alone. Like should you give me some tips for opening my court imagination and my basketball IQ?

the best way I can explain it is to try and focus on potential situations. In game there will probably be a man in front of you and built in help at the rim, so always try to visualize how can you beat the person in front of you and then how will you meet the other guy at the rim. Also the best way to work out alone while simulating live game situations is using trash cans as screens whether that be on ball/off ball and playing at game speed helps a lot too. That’s a great question and idk if I answered that the best way but I hope this helps
