Weighted-ball workout
I got a new weighted-ball last week, but I don't know how to use it. Like, should I do the same drills as the normal basketball or something else? And should I work firstly with the weighted one and then with the classic one?

Great question, I would recommend your regular ball handling routine with the weight and then do it again without the weight and you should see a major difference!
Defense
I kind of struggle with defense when it comes to dealing with faster guards who are lighter or quicker on their feet but I do footwork drills and plyometrics that would make me quick on my feet but I struggle to react what are some tips to improve in this?

mobility in your hips helps a lot and your ability to plant and turn quickly would help too. So weirdly enough I would say study how a football DB guards the WR and watch how he is able to run laterally instead of sliding his feet, it’s the same way with guarding quicker guards

Also Jrue Holiday is really good at it, I believe if you can just master the movements of guarding laterally & and being able to NOT open your hips when a defender crosses over you should be a lot better
Need help
How do I get twitchy I fell like my body doesn’t move quick enough and I feel as if I’m on solid block and I’m not flowing enough to be twitchy

a lot of quickness come from core strength and over exaggerated moves during your workouts, also if you can dribbling with a weighted ball or weighted vest helps a lot too
Help with handles
Heyy, I’m a good shooting guard but I need to gain confidence in my ball handling. I want to get rid of being stiff and become more shifty.

I would say work on dribbling on the move a lot more and subtle movements like hip swivels, tapping your feet before you cross, and head movements help a LOT with your shiftiness
Help
Guys I need help.Im 1,87 can playing mainly small forward.I do 5 times per week weights three upper and two lower.Also I do two times per week plyos.Team trainings this time only two as championship has ended.Skill work five-6 times per week and I do 3-4 times per week sprints.Also everyday mobility.What should I do differently as for the trainings?

you are doing everything that you are supposed to do as far as structure but the question how intentional are you being. Are you tracking your progress, are you going game speed, are you increasing in weight. Showing up is half the battle but in order to get better you have to have something to scale off of
