Sales call deck vs onboarding deck
Would you recommend having two different decks ...one short deck for initial sales calls explaining how the workflow works, and a more detailed onboarding deck after the client signs?
My thinking is that the first deck helps qualify whether the client is a good fit, while the second prevents expectation drift once the project starts.
Have you found this kind of split useful, or is it better to keep things lighter and more conversational?
