Quantity on listing

With being able to have an infinite number of posters due to the business model but also wanting to maximise sales, do you change how many you say you have sometimes? Whats the optimum number to say you have on each listing? I'm in the very early stages so only getting around 3 orders a week. I want customers with my products in their baskets or favourites to get the message that there aren't many left so they buy it quicker.
