Have you noticed as life goes on how everything is for you?
Recently I was contemplating my relationship with social media. I go back and forth about it all the time, a love/hate relationship with it. I’ve noticed lately that it feels very loud not just in information but in energy. And while I try to train my algorithm, I still get a lot of information I’m not looking for. My nervous system can get overwhelmed. But lately I’ve noticed a shift in my own energy when I’m on social media, I get drained by it. This morning I shared a clip on fb from the movie the matrix, a reference about AI. Immediately fb blocked me. I thought to myself, well the universe has just decided for me (at least with regards to fb) to detach from this energy I was feeling. Instead of fighting meta to get it back, I let it go. Already feeling lighter. Have you noticed how the universe always has your back?
